The robust handle and 27° angle edge give it maximum edge resiliency. The blade is extra thick (3.2 mm) to be able to withstand all kinds of use and is simple to sharpen.
The Black version comes in stainless steel while the Green and Orange versions come in carbon steel. We recommend to make it a habit to wipe the knife down and oil the carbon blade after usage.
